Derek and the crew came to our rescue today!!! We were on the road coming from Columbus when we discovered the inner rear wheel on our camper was flat. We we're in Richmond Indiana thankfully, and we called around to several places but got no results. Auto repair places don't handle large wheels and truck repair shops don't handle small wheels! Our camper is a sprinter base. Fortunately, when we called Studebaker freedom Buick GMC and that's when Derek took charge of our situation! Derek and his crew got us in fixed our tire and sent us on our way in less than 30 minutes! Other shops we had found told us it would be a 4-Hour wait! THANK YOU DEREK!

This place is pathetic!!! nobody in the service shop knows what they’re doing made 6 appointments for them to finally fix the problem. If it actually got fixed..Dropped my car off no call back nothing they kept my car over night didn’t plan on calling me to tell me so I could make arrangements this is the last time I buy or take a car to this dealership and will be telling everyone NEVER TO GO HERE!

In the past year, service department has tremendously went down hill. My wife and i have been loyal customers for more than 6 years, and its just not the same. Several times weve dropped a vehicle off for oil cha ge and never gotten the call to let us know its done. Few times oil changes take several hours. And 1 time we didnt get our vehicle back until the next day. Its sad, but we will not be back to freedom.

Freedom GMC set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Josh Arahood and Travis Henchon were responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. It could not have been more seamless and made the whole process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! I love my new 2023 Acadia! I will be back next time I am in the market! Thank you Freedom GMC!

Poor service and has put my family in danger. Kept our truck for a week to tell us we have a bad tire and they rotated them. There are 3 bad tires. Don't waste your time here. Your safety it not a priority.

Our car sat at this location for a month. Tried everything to charge us for procedures that didn't need done and never was agreed to. Was simply suppose to program the car key. Communication was horrible. Made several unreturned calls, after being promised they would call. I believe it is management that trains the service department to add unnecessary charges.

I had a flat rear passenger side tite, I picked up a metal drillbit on the interstate. Onstar swapped my spare on (45 minuted from call to onstar to heading to Studebaker...very happy with that. I arrived at high-noon, I called to before that we were traveling back home to Springfield, MO, and they took me right in. The tire tech was able to show me the metal from the tire, even though there were 2 holes, he fixed it right up. Please tell him we made it back home to Springfield without losing a pound of air....Very Happy, Super Satisfied, Definitely would recommend! 5 Stars to everyone at Studebaker-Freedom!

These guys went so far above and beyond it was unreal!!!! We were on vacation when we had our gas lines start leaking on our truck. They even sent one guy on a 5 hr trip to get a part they needed. Plus they got it done in one day so we could go home on time. They are amazing!!
